Orange County Vacation Rental Management

We're a husband and wife team located in Orange County. Kurt grew up local to Orange County in the Mission Viejo area, where he focused his time on his role as Senior Manager at the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point. His main responsibility was to create meaningful and memorable engagements and experiences for high-end clients and keep them as returning customers throughout his years at the hotel. Ali has been living (and loving) Orange County for 3+ years but originates from the Bay Area. She has worked for well-known tech companies for the past 10+ years as a Senior Account Director focusing on managing, maintaining and growing client relationships.

We both share a passion for exceeding expectations for our clients and removing the stress out of property management. Our goal is to go above and beyond just managing your property, but creating a complete support system for the household and yourself, while also growing your bookings to help bring more revenue to your property.
