What does The Gather Co. do for vacation rental homeowners?

What kind of contract am I entering with The Gather Co.?
If you choose to partner with us, you’re committing to a 1 year contract. To learn more, send us an inquiry and we’ll send along our homeowner agreement.
What do I need to have at my home to get started?
We ask that you provide furniture, cookware, dinnerware, linens, and appliances. Don’t worry too much as we’ll work with you to make sure that you have everything you need in place.
How will I know how well my home is performing?
We provide a monthly statement that will show you how much rental revenue you earned, tax collected, and charges incurred (new tv install, furniture assembly, etc.)
When do I get paid?
Homeowners will get paid via direct deposit at the start of each stay. The Gather Co. will invoice you monthly to collect our service fee and any reimbursements for cleaning and maintenance/repairs. You’ll receive an owner statement each month.
